Angel Food's groceries are sold in a quantity that can fit into a medium sized box at $30.00 per unit. Each month's menu is different than the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $60- $70.
Generally, one unit of food asssits in feeding a family of four for about one week or a single senior citizen for almost a month. The food is all the same high quality one would purchase at a grocery store. There are no second-hand items, no damaged or out-dated goods, no dented cans without labels, no day-old breads, and no produce that is almost too ripe.
Also offered are specialty boxes such as steaks, chicken, and pork. Many participants in this bonus program appreciate the expanded choices. Additionally, there is no limit to the number of units or bonus foods an individual can purchase, and there are no applications to complete to which participants must adhere.
So what's the catch? Only that your order must be pre-paid either by cash or money order (no personal checks, please) by the order deadline and that you MUST pick up your food on food distribution day. Food not picked up during time of distribution will be donated to families in need. Please note that Food Stamps are accepted.

Orders will be taken through the church office Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am through Friday 3:30 pm; Sunday mornings 9:45 - 10:45 am and the Sunday evening of the deadline 6:00 - 8:00 pm. If none of these times fit your schedule, call the church office and other arrangements can be made.
